3. Stop chasing DAILY posts, Start chasing REAL results
It’s tempting to think that posting daily on LinkedIn is the key to growing your business—but here’s the truth: it’s not about how often you post, it’s about how effective your actions are.
Instead of posting daily, try these proven, “needle-moving” actions:
Send 20 direct messages to people who regularly engage with your content (warm prospect) and align with your Ideal Client Profile (ICP).
Comment thoughtfully on 10 posts outside your immediate network that will boost your credibility—often more effectively than a quick post.
Check who’s been viewing your profile, and reach out to them directly with a personalized message (Repeat the “warm prospect” approach here for the best results).
A single, mediocre post won’t drive your business forward, but consistent, strategic outreach will!
4. Go beyond the basics to share your STORIES
Social media audiences are smart—they know when they’re being sold to. But there’s a way to win them over that’s often overlooked: being relatable.
Sure, educational content is great. But if your feed is all brand, with no hint of “human”, you’re missing the connection that keeps people coming back.
When you share relatable experiences, you’re not just giving them content—you’re creating space for your audience to feel seen and heard.
Connecting on a human level is the strategy that keeps people interested and invested because of who you are.
Next time you post, ask yourself, “Am I showing my true self?”
